FAQ
1. How many days is it delivered?
It takes 5-20 days to deliver from overseas (excluding weekends and holidays).
2. Can I cancel my order?
If the delivery deadline is long due due to overseas inventory out of stock or backorder products, we will inform you of the cancellation of the order.
3. Exchange/cancel is not allowed after ordering.
It is a purchase agency product, and products that have been ordered for two hours cannot be exchanged or canceled. If you want to cancel the order, please note that 30,000 won will be incurred for local return.
4. Exchange/refund.
It is an overseas purchase agency product and cannot be exchanged or returned due to a customer's change of mind.
